My hike last week earlier this spring (chose one timeframe here, last week and earlier doesn't make sense) was an adventure for sure. The hike consisted of burning thighs, unexpected sunburns, and risky snow that lingered under the shadowed trees. Never the less, it was beautiful and filled with delight. What made it so great, you ask?? These healthy & delicious trail mix bars from Lexis Clean Kitchen gave us the energy and pep throughout the whole trip!
